Marktech Optoelectronics’ multi-chip packages with InGaAs photodiodes and LED emitters can be used for analytical, medical, aerospace, and industrial sensing applications. The packages come with either a visible, NIR, or SWIR emitter with an option to add an additional silicon detector when UV and visible LED light needs to be monitored or detected. The LED emitters can produce multiple wavelengths with high emission stability and enable a quick variation of light power output and wavelength.
