The HC series from Opto Engineering are hypercentric lenses designed for the simultaneous inspection of the inner side and bottom surfaces of cylindrical hollow objects, such as bottles, cans, vials, containers, pipes, and bores. Able to fit sensors up to 1.1 in., the lenses come in HCSI models which are better for inspecting both the bottom and the inner walls of cavities and HCBI models that are made for inspecting the bottom surface of hollow objects. The HC series images at high resolution and features a wide view angle, flexibility in the shape of cavities the lens can inspect, and the absence of an optical probe.
