Francis J. O'Brien was appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of StockerYale effective Oct. 29. O'Brien is formerly director of finance and business development for Analogic Corp. Charles Crocker, chairman and CEO of BEI Technologies Inc., was elected to the board of Teledyne Technologies. Crocker, 62, founded BEI, a technology company with headquarters in San Francisco. He is also a principal in Crocker Capital, a private venture capital firm.
di/dt Inc.'s dc/dc power converter manufacturing operation has moved into its new 65,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Carlsbad, Calif. It began production in temporary facilities in March.
