Israeli semiconductor foundry Tower Semiconductor Ltd. and DSP Group Inc., developer of digital-signal-processor (DSP) cores, announced that Tower Semiconductor has licensed DSP Group's Teak DSP core.   . . .   Candy M. Obourn has been named COO of Eastman Kodak Co.'s Health Imaging unit. Obourn is currently a senior vice president of Kodak and had been president of the company's Document Imaging business. J. Michael McQuade, president of the Health Imaging unit and a senior vice president of Kodak, has announced his intention to join 3M as vice president of the Medical Products Division, part of the company's Healthcare Markets Group. Kodak has begun a search for a new president for its Health Imaging unit.
