Zerodur polygon mirrors with four to 36 faces are now available from
Rolyn Optics Co. The mirrors feature face-to-face accuracy of 1 arc
sec, pyramidal error of 90 (±3) arc sec or better, and l/10 flatness.
The width across, depending on the number of faces, ranges from 10 to
150 mm (±0.05 mm), axial thickness varies from 5 to 50 mm (±0.25 mm)
and center holes range from 10 to 80 mm (±0.05 mm) in diameter. The
faces are aluminized.
