Analogic Acquires Interest in PhotoDetection Systems

PEABODY, Mass., May 23 -- Analogic Corp. announced it has acquired a minority interest in PhotoDetection Systems Inc., of Acton, and has obtained an exclusive technology license to use PhotoDetection System's proprietary positron emission tomography (PET) technology in specific markets. Terms of the investment were not disclosed. Privately held PhotoDetection Systems Inc.
