Biophan Technologies Inc., of Rochester, N.Y., announced it has entered into a joint development agreement with Boston Scientific Corp. to make medical devices more compatible with magnetic resonance imaging technology. The companies will also explore possible licensing agreements. They will work to resolve compatability and safety issues caused by the interference of metal objects, including those in some medical devices. . . .
