Terahertz Center Opening Signals Wave of RPI's Future

TROY, N.Y., Dec. 10 -- Change is in the air at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Bulldozers were poised at a campus construction site last Friday -- a cloudy, bitingly cold day that foreshadowed what would become a record-breaking snowstorm over the weekend.
