Keithley Instruments to Work with Nanotech Center

Measurement specialist Keithley Instruments Inc. of Cleveland will partner with the Albany NanoTech Center at State University of New York at Albany to share research information and to develop a greater understanding of nanotechnology and optoelectronics. Keithley will provide the center with a semiconductor device characterization system. The test equipment will be used for the development of electronic devices based on carbon nanotubes and GaAs- and GaN-based optoelectronic devices, among other research programs.Read full article
