MicroDisplay Corp. an Atlanta-based maker of liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) components, announced that Uneed Systems, a Korean vendor of high-definition television (HDTV) projection engines, TVs and monitors, has selected its E-WX 1280x720 single-panel LCOS for use in its rear-projection TV products.
