Jurgens, has resigned for health reasons, effective June 6, after which he will serve as a consultant to the company. TFS also said it has retained Bridge Associates LLC to assist with restructuring its operations. Carl H. UDT Sensors Inc., a Hawthorne, Calif., supplier of optoelectronic products for commercial and military/aerospace markets, has announced a strategic product partnership with Heimann Sensors GmbH. UDT Sensors will offer Heimann Sensors' infrared thermopile and pyroelectric detectors and modules for infrared measurement applications and will be the exclusive representative in North America for Heimann Sensors' thermopiles for contact-less temperature and gas concentration measurement applications.
