Jonathan P. Graham has been named senior vice president and general counsel for Danaher Corp., a Washington, DC-based manufacturer of instrumentation, industrial technologies, and tools and components. Graham was formerly vice president, litigation and legal policy, for GE and was previously a partner in the law firm of Williams & Connolly LLP of Washington.
