Promising Polymers to be Tested as Space Mirrors

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Aug. 9, 2006 -- For the past three years, a research team has been investigating the performance of various piezoelectric polymer films that might one day serve as ultralight mirrors in space telescopes.
