The IXFt series flexure mounts manufactured by
Siskiyou Corp. are designed for OEM applications. Their top-adjusted feature provides easy access to adjustments when mounted in a laser cavity. The adjustment screws have noninfluencing locks and use proprietary 100TPI adjustment screws for low-static-friction fine adjustments. The screws are swaged at the end to prevent overtravel of the mount. The mounts are manufactured from one solid piece of material, either nickel-plated steel or raw aluminium, depending on the application.
