Vision Research Inc. of Wayne, N.J., a manufacturer of high-speed digital imaging systems for motion capture and analysis, has been bought by Ametek Inc. of Paoli, Pa. The latter, a provider of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, will incorporate the products of the former into its aerospace and defense, general industrial, and research and development product lines.
