Dynasil Corp. of America of West Berlin, N.J., has acquired the stock of Radiation Monitoring Devices Inc. and specific assets of RMD Instruments LLC, both in Watertown, Mass. The purchase price, totaling approximately $20 million, includes $12.5 million in cash and 4.6 million shares of Dynasil common stock.
