Cambridge NanoTech Partners with Japanese Distributor

Cambridge NanoTech, the Mass.-based Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) science and equipment business, has announced that it has signed an agreement with Hightec Systems Corp. of Yokohama, Japan to sell and service its full line of ALD equipment in Japan. Hightec is known for selling and servicing equipment for semiconductor and FPD markets. Cambridge NanoTech currently has several ALD systems installed at leading universities, research centers and corporations across Japan, and according to Cambridge, this partnership will now position them to expand their presence in key Japanese markets.
