Acton Optics & Coatings, a division of Princeton Instruments, has introduced long-life laser damage-resistant mirror coatings for high-power, high-repetition-rate 355-nm Nd:YAG lasers. The hybrid coating structure produces >99% reflectance and repetition rates of up to 100 kHz at fluence levels of up to 15 J/cm
2. The mirrors are available for normal incidence and 45° area of interest. Complete mirrors can be supplied on the company’s mirror blanks or on customer-supplied material.
