Salvador Imaging Inc.
Salvador Imaging Inc. of Colorado Springs, Colo., a digital imaging provider for the medical, industrial and military sectors, has acquired 100 percent of the outstanding shares from Photon Dynamics Inc. of San Jose, Calif., a digital imaging systems developer. The former will operate as a privately held company, while other terms of the acquisition have yet to be announced.
