In Woburn, Mass., Nantero Inc. has issued license rights for biomedical sensors to Alpha Szenszor Inc. Using the licensor’s carbon nanotube technology, Alpha Szenszor is developing sensors to detect food contamination, cancer, sexually transmitted infections and other potentially hazardous conditions. The company plans to make the platforms portable, cost-effective and available for home use.
