Touch-Screen Displays Market Grows

GLEN ALLEN, Va., Jan. 20, 2010 - According to a recent report from analyst firm NanoMarkets LC, revenues from touch-screen displays are expected to grow from $2.2 billion in 2010 to $3.4 billion in 2014. The demand for touch-screen technologies in mobile and personal computing will create new opportunities for suppliers of conductive coatings, substrates and sensors in addition to the display firms themselves. NanoMarkets projects that revenues from in-pixel technologies will reach almost $500 million in revenues by 2014.
