Molecular imaging
An application overview titled “Molecular
Imaging on the Odyssey” is available from Li-Cor Biosciences. The downloadable
four-page, full-color brochure describes the Odyssey infrared imaging system, which
provides a single platform for in vitro, in vivo and tissue section analysis. It
notes that the system, together with the IRDye infrared dyes, enables the use of
the same probe for each step of the imaging process. Steps in the imaging work flow
are detailed, including target identification and conjugation, in vitro assays,
clearance and in vivo studies, and scanning target organs and tissue sections. Applications
are listed, and the MousePod accessory and In-Cell Western analysis
software are described.
