Aixtron Receives 1st Order from Bulgaria
AACHEN, Germany, Aug. 13, 2010 — Aixtron AG announced it received an order for three mass production MOCVD systems for GaN HB-LED production from the Incotex Group, a consumer-related electronic products company from Bulgaria.
The order was placed in the first quarter of 2010. The systems will be delivered from the third quarter 2010 and onward. Aixtron Europe’s support team will commission the reactors at its purpose-built facility in Bulgaria.
