Ultrahigh-brightness light source manufacturer
Energetiq Technology Inc. has built a clean manufacturing facility at its Woburn,
Mass., location. The 800-sq-ft cleanroom will provide Class 1000 assembly capability
to be used for optics assembly and manufacturing for the company’s LDLS (Laser-Driven
Light Source) products. The light sources provide broadband deep-UV, visible and
NIR light for analytical applications that require ultralong lamp life.
