FTTH Council Established in Middle East

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Dec. 3, 2010 — The FTTH Council Middle East was officially created to help realize the high growth potential of fiber-to-the-home networks (FTTH) in the Middle East region. Incubated since 2009 as an ad-hoc working party by the FTTH Council Europe, the Middle East group is now an independent organization and a fully-fledged council that can respond to the specific needs of its Middle East members.
