Gentec-EO Launches New Website

Photonics.com
Dec 2010
QUEBEC CITY, Dec. 9, 2010 — Gentec Electro-Optics Inc. announced the launch of its new, easy to navigate website that features the seamless integration of Spectrum Detector’s entire product offerings into its existing product line.

Following the acquisition of Spectrum Detector in June 2010, the company spent many months integrating the products into its existing line. Current Spectrum Detector customers can find its products in various locations on the new site, including Power and Energy Detectors, Optical Detectors, OEM Detectors and Beam Diagnostics.

In addition, an entirely new section has been created for Spectrum Detector’s THz products.

The new site features filterable comparison tables for ease of browsing, a product finder web-based tool that takes into account multiple variables to identify solutions, and all relevant data to a specific product can now be found on the same page as the product itself.

A laser measurement provider, Gentec-EO manufactures a complete range of laser power and laser energy meters, monitors, photo and OEM detectors, beam diagnostics and diffractive optics.
