The Model CG 2.0 Auto, a fully automatic lens curve generator,
grinds spherical curves on lenses in an automated cycle, including loading and unloading
of the workpieces by pick-and-place robot. Depending upon the size of lenses to
be processed, up to 428 lenses can be loaded for fully automatic processing. Once
processing parameters are set by operator, the machine can run uninterrupted without
operator intervention. This is a very efficient production machine that can process
40 to 200 lenses per hour.
