Telops Awarded IR Camera Contract

QUEBEC CITY, April 8, 2011 — Infrared camera and hyperspectral imaging systems supplier Telops announced it has been awarded a contract valued at more than $600,000 by Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC). The contract includes the delivery of two Telops HD-IR 1280 high-definition infrared cameras, which are suitable for real-time temperature calibration. The instantaneous availability of processed and calibrated images in this model will assist Canadian forces in their efforts, the company said.
