TCC Group will join the AFL global portfolio to provide communications services to the European market. Its founder will remain with the company to ensure a seamless transition for TCC customers. The company will continue to operate from its facilities around the UK. The acquisition is expected to enhance the US company’s engineering, material logistics and installation capabilities, enabling it to expand and serve telecommunications companies in Europe, it said.
