Germanium wafers are very similar to Silicon wafers, as far as specifications. Germanium wafers are available in diameters of 25.4mm to 150.0mm and in (100), (110) and (111) orientations. These wafers have a thickness range of 100 microns to 10,000 microns thick and are available in single-side and double-side polished.
