Elbit Gains Defense Contract

Elbit Systems of America LLC, the US subsidiary of Elbit Systems Ltd. of Haifa, Israel, has received a contract to supply Boeing Military Aircraft with the CV-22 color helmet-mounted display (HMD) to the US Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). Under the contract, Elbit Systems of America will provide a color HMD that includes full helmet tracking capability and that effectively meets AFSOC objectives in the near and long term. The HMD couples helmet display and tracking system technology with color symbology for day- and night-vision-goggle missions. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas.
