Incom offers Microcapillary Array Plates that can achieve unparalleled length to diameter ratios with pores as small as 5 micron. Incom currently has the ability to manufacture Microcapillary boules as large as 230mm x 230mm x 400mm (L x W x D), which can be formed to any specified dimensions. Using our standard glass materials the array plates can have an open area ratio of 35%, 60% or 80%; a black glass can also be added to the capillary formation for complete optical isolation. Our process is scalable and fully customizable to meet all individual requirements including custom fabrication with a wide variety of glass options.
