Ingeneric Opens US Office

AACHEN, Germany, May 29, 2012 — As part of its plan to grow its optical components and systems business, Ingeneric GmbH has opened a US sales office under the direction of Klaus Kleine.

Based in Los Gatos, Calif., Kleine will provide sales and technical support to the company’s customers throughout the US and Canada. He started his career at the Fraunhofer Institute of Laser Technology ILT working on diode lasers and packaging. He has held several positions within the photonics industry in Silicon Valley; most recently, he served as general manager for Laserline Inc.

Ingeneric manufactures volume micro-optics, aspheres and optical systems.
