MILPITAS, Calif., Oct. 9, 2012 — JDSU will sell its holographic security business to anti-counterfeiting solutions provider OpSec Security Inc. of Lancaster, Pa., the company announced recently. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.
JDSU serves the anti-counterfeiting market through its advanced security pigments, thread substrates and printed features for the currency, pharmaceutical and consumer electronic segments.
