TM provides ultraprecision, submicron lens centration and tilt measurements for spheric or aspheric lenses without changing objectives on any lens diameter or radius above 2 mm. Measures center thickness, airgap and alignment of embedded lenses. Successfully used in assembly of objectives, scopes and microlithography stepper optical systems.
