Remtec has expanded its product offerings for optoelectronic packaging. Products include economical laser diode submounts with Zero Pullback® metallization and 25-75 µm copper, photo diode submounts and LED substrates on Alumina, BeO and AlN, all with low cost selective AuSn plating.
