ULC provides coatings to optics up to 25 in. in diameter of various shapes, with either plano or curved surfaces. Coatings range from antireflection, protected/enhanced metal mirrors of one to nine layers, to dielectric polarizers and beamsplitters of 60+ layers. Prior to coating, optics are cleaned by an automated ultrasonic cleaning system or hand washed in our Class 1000 cleaning and inspection room.
