GPD Optoelectronics has developed a TO46 packaged InGaAs APD integrated to a transimpedance amplifier (TIA). GPD offers either 80 um, 200 um, or 350 um diameter InGaAs APD ROSA for Free Space Optical Communications (FSO). Gigabit data rates are possible.
