Steenberge, Teledyne Technologies Inc. vice president and chief technology officer, is retiring at the end of the year after 37 years with the California-based instrumentation and imaging systems company. Steenberge, who will serve as a Teledyne consultant after his retirement, will be succeeded by Dr. Edwin Roks, effective Jan. 2. Infinera Corp. chief financial officer Ita Brennan will resign effective Feb. 28 to pursue another opportunity at a startup company. Brennan has served as Infinera’s CFO since June 2010. She joined the company in 2006 and served in various roles in its finance group prior to her promotion to CFO.
