Idex Optics & Photonics has appointed Jonathan Kincaid to its commercial strategic account team, supporting subsidiaries Advanced Thin Films and CVI Laser Optics. Kincaid worked previously in the medical laser and telecommunications sectors, where he spent the last 15 years growing strategic accounts. He previously worked for AT&T and was most recently the director of strategic accounts for Level3 Communications LLC in Broomfield, Colo. "We look forward to having Jonathan on our team to build our business and work with our extraordinary team and customers," said Jessica Black, director of American sales for Idex Optics & Photonics. "He will be focused primarily on supporting our strategic medical laser and telecommunications customers in the Mountain West region of the U.S." Idex delivers optics and photonics products, custom solution and precision fabrication to scientific, commercial and industrial markets.
