Sydor Awarded $1M DOE Grant

Imaging technology developer Sydor Instruments has been awarded a $1 million Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Phase II grant from the U.S. Department of Energy. Sydor will use this grant in collaboration with Cornell to further advance the commercialization effort of the Keck-PAD fast-framing hybrid x-ray pixel array detector to meet immediate and future detector needs for the emerging applications in the study of material behavior.
