EOI Merges with Sensor Firm HGH Infrared Systems

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., June 29, 2016 — Instrumentation provider Electro Optical Industries LLC has merged with sensor developer HGH Infrared Systems Inc., forming Electro Optical Industries Inc., which will offer enhanced U.S. development and manufacturing capabilities, as well as an extended line of IR and surveillance products and services.

Electro Optical Industries’ instrumentation is used by national and international industries including aviation and aerospace, high tech laboratories, government, imaging system manufacturers, medical research and all branches of the U.S. Department of Defense.
