HEVERLEE, Belgium, July 6 -- ICOS Vision Systems Corp. NV has received an order for its System Level products worth about $5.1 million (US) from a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, located in Southeast Asia. The equipment manufacturer will use ICOS' inspection systems for 3-D lead and ball examination. The products will be delivered over an 18-month period, ICOS said.
The size of this order reflects ICOS' ongoing success in the marketplace and recognition for superior customer service, said Jos Verjans, president and CEO of ICOS.
