Infinite Wins Air Force CRADA for Scalable GCSEL

WARWICK, RI, June 13 -- Infinite Group Inc. said that a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) was signed between the Air Force Research Laboratory, Directed Energy Directorate (AFRL/DE) and Laser Fare, an Infinite Group company, for demonstration of scalable grating coupled surface emitting lasers (GCSEL).
    The goal is to establish a developmental research facility for high power semiconductor diode lasers. Results of this effort will provide diode lasers to AFRL/DE for laser effects testing with high power semiconductor lasers. The Air Force semiconductor diode lasers will be shared through this agreement.
