Science Applications International Corp., a provider of telecommunications, system integration and information technology, has completed its acquisition of Bellcore Co., based in Morristown, N.J.
The move enhances Science Applications International's capabilities in the telecommunications marketplace, leveraging Bellcore's communications software, engineering and professional services.
The combined revenues for the San Diego-based Science Applications and Bellcore are $4 billion for the current year. The companies have a total of 30,000 employees.
