Laser diode maker Photodigm Inc. has appointed Market Tech Inc. its U.S. sales representative.

Photodigm designs and manufactures monolithic single spatial and longitudinal mode laser diodes for atom optics, nonlinear optics, precision instruments and high-speed pulsed operation. Market Tech, of Scotts Valley, Calif., is a channel partner for lasers and photonics instrumentation for the life sciences, medicine, telecommunications and research markets.
