TEMPE, Ariz., Dec. 16 -- Three-Five Systems Inc., a manufacturer of display products and systems, announced it completed the acquisition of ETMA, a privately held company, for $38 million in cash. ETMA is a Redmond, Wa.-based electronics manufacturer for OEM customers in the computer, medical monitoring and Internet security industries. Three-Five Systems will maintain the leased facilities established by ETMA in Redmond. The unit will report to Carl Derrington, Three-Five's chief manufacturing officer.
