Ocean Optics Expands Sales Network in India
Hemchandra Sane will manage Ocean Optics Inc.’s sales operations in India, the company announced Tuesday.
Based in Mumbai, Sane will expand the sales network and improve local service and support for customers. He also will help clients and distributors with training and the installation of Ocean Optics’ equipment.
He has more than 20 years of experience selling engineering products for various Indian and British companies. At Grainger India, his previous employer, he worked with large industrial companies. He also served as sales manager for RS Components and Controls India.
Ocean Optics, a Halma plc subsidiary, manufactures miniature spectrometers and optical sensing products.
