The new ONE-XY family of integrated XY stages is based on an ironless motor drive and crossed-roller bearings. It comes in standard and high-accuracy versions, both with high straightness and flatness. The ONE-XY’s construction is stiffer and minimizes inherent trajectory errors of a stack of stages. Available in 60-, 100-, 200- and 300-mm travels. Compatible with the Newport XPS and adaptable to other third-party controllers.
