E-Beam and Ion Assisted Deposition are the processes we utilize to coat in the 193nm to 5 micron wavelength range. The quality of our coatings are maximized through efficient design and material thickness monitoring.

All PFG optical coatings are routinely tested to meet stringent environmental and spectral requirements. For spectral measurements from UV to NIR, we use Lambda 9, Lambda 900, and Lambda 1050 Perkin Elmer spectrophotometers. For IR spectral measurements, we use a Perkin Elmer 983. For environmental testing, our coatings are routinely tested for:
